HamroRentals US is free to browse and free to apply. Landlords pay a small listing fee to publish a property, tenants pay an application fee only after a landlord accepts them, and both sides pay a one-time success fee when a lease is signed. A standard Stripe processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is added at checkout.

How it works. When both parties digitally sign a lease on HamroRentals US, an invoice is automatically created on each dashboard. The fee covers verification, scoring, secure document storage, and dispute mediation. No monthly fees and no commission on rent. Rent is paid directly to the landlord. HamroRentals only collects the listing, application, and one-time lease success fees. After the lease is signed, the tenant pays monthly rent directly to the landlord — by ACH, check, or the landlord's preferred US payment method. Landlords can optionally opt-in to collect rent through HamroRentals at lease creation.
Secure payments by Stripe. All payments are processed by Stripe. HamroRentals never stores your card details — only payment status, amount, and transaction ID are saved against your lease invoice. All US fees are billed in USD.
